Direct Media Inc. has formed a strategic partnership with Pivotal Veracity to offer that firm's eContent Scorer and eDelivery Tracker tools to its clients.

EContent Scorer diagnoses messages that might be construed as spam, and provides guidance on how to get them past spam filters.

EDelivery Tracker allows users to determine the percentage of mail being delivered, and how to fix any problems.

“If a client's email is not reaching the intended audience, all the best creative, database management and one-to-one targeting in the world will not generate results.," said Deirdre Baird, president of Pivotal Veracity, in a statement.
